Pheu Thai social gathering candidate Srettha Thavisin has been voted the subsequent Thai high minister, after his predecessor Thaksin Shinawatra used to be jailed.

Primitive PM Shinawatra used to be jailed upon returning to Thailand after 15 years in exile.

Pheu Thai insists the 2 trends – Mr Thaksin’s return and the coalition that voted for a Pheu Thai PM – are unconnected.
