Myanmar mass killings printed – BBC News

The Myanmar militia conducted a chain of mass killings of civilians in July that resulted within the deaths of no decrease than 40 males, primarily primarily based on a BBC investigation.

Eyewitnesses and survivors stated that troopers, some as young as 17, rounded up villagers sooner than conserving aside the males and killing them.

Video footage and photos from the incidents looks to declare most of those killed had been tortured first and buried in shallow graves.

The killings took location in July, in four separate incidents in Kani Township – an opposition stronghold in Sagaing District in Central Myanmar.
