A Texas man shot and killed his girlfriend’s ex-husband for the length of a dispute over childcare in a newly-released video. Kyle Carruth claims self protection and has no longer been arrested over the incident, which came about when Chad Study received into an argument along with his ex-accomplice, Christina, over what time he used to be supposed to use up their son. Once Chad arrived at the dwelling in Lubbock, Carruth and Christina told the father to leave. Because the argument heated up, Carruth went interior and received a rifle.
