Ed Sheeran didn’t reproduction Marvin Gaye’s Let’s Win It On when composing Thinking Out Loud, a US court has ruled.
The British singer-songwriter had denied stealing plan of the music for his 2014 worldwide hit.
Heirs of Gaye’s co-author argued that Sheeran, Warner Song Community and Sony Song Publishing owed them money for copyright infringement.
Sheeran had said he would give up his music occupation if chanced on guilty at the trial in New York.
