Donald Trump has pleaded now not responsible to historical costs of mishandling sensitive recordsdata at a federal court docket in Miami, Florida.
Mr Trump is the first US president – new or former – to be hit with a federal felony indictment.
Trump later travelled to his golf membership in Bedminster, New Jersey, where he addressed supporters.
The earlier president struck a defiant tone and told the assembled crowd he had “every true” to place the categorized documents, but “hadn’t had a likelihood to struggle by the whole containers”.
